Kenneth S. Mahieu is a partner in our litigation practice group. While principally representing
our clients in contract disputes and other business litigation in state and federal courts,
Ken also handles debt collection cases, construction litigation, landlord/tenant matters, bankruptcy
litigation, employment disputes and related transactional issues.
Upon graduating from William & Mary
Law School
in 1998, Ken served as the law clerk to the Honorable Michael P.
McWeeny, the former Chief Judge of the Circuit Court
of Fairfax
County.
Ken is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the
Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves as an adjunct
professor at the George Mason University School of Law, teaching corporate drafting.
Ken received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1994. He graduated
from Langley High School in McLean, Virginia
in 1990. He currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife,
Kristin, and his children, Tommy, Alex and Katie.
